 Stornierungsgebühren:

  • Stornierungsgebühren, die bis zu 30 Tage vor Anreisedatum erfolgen, sind kostenfrei. Bei Stornierungen seitens des Gastes im Zeitraum zwischen dem 29. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag und dem Ankunftstag selbst, ist dieser zur Bezahlung der folgenden Stornogebühren verpflichtet:
  • 10% des Zimmerpreises: Tag 29- Tag 10 vor Ankunftstag
  • 20% des Zimmerpreises: Tag 9- Tag 4 vor Ankunftstag
  • 50% des Zimmerpreises: Tag 3 – Ankunftstag

Children and additional beds:

  • one of the rooms offers space for maximum one more cot or two baby beds.
  • The baby crib and the cot are available on demand and after written confirmation, only.

  • minimum nights per stay: 4 nights
  • Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
  • Animals are not admitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
  • The final cleaning of the flat is charged as lump sum for 40,- EURO.
